Our first stop of the day was The Hip Stitch fabric shop. Suzanne, the owner, was lots of fun to talk to. I received a free fat quarter with a coupon from our RV Park, but I also found a book and a yard of fabric that I "needed."
Our next stop was Old Town. It took us three tries at the pay booth to get our receipt (but it seemed to take everyone that long to get it right), then we walked around all the tourist shops, resisting as much as we could. Lunch at the Church Street Café was just sandwiches, since we knew we had lots of leftovers from last night still in the refrigerator. Perfect weather to eat outside. Great service too.
I am eager to go back tomorrow (if it works out) to try the Quesadilla Café. It was closed today, but their menu board featured a kale quesadilla!
Just some of the artwork we saw around town; this was while waiting at a stoplight.
