Sunday morning Pam took us to a mini-street fair. Lunch at a brewery where I had some of the best fish tacos ever and a side of fresh steamed green beans, onions and red peppers. Cary was tired so he went back to the motel while Pam and I went for a nature walk. It was our best day of weather yet. Sunshine and blue sky and very light wind, so perfect for being outside.
You can almost see the turtle at the bottom center of the picture. There were lots of them in the water.
and wild roses too.
That evening Pam had a party for some of the people from her church that had been arranged before we gave her our travel plans. Pizza, salad, brownies and wine. Great conversations and good food!
Of course I had to get a picture before we said good bye until next time. I think she may be coming to Tucson in the fall.
