July 17

Beautiful day in Gold Beach. We met our friend, Susan (I taught with her many years ago in Tucson), at the two-story bookstore in town where we all found treasures to take home with us. 


Lunch at a little off-the-beaten-path restaurant, Indian Creek Café. Our next stop was a thrift store where I found a few things I needed! It was fun catching up with each other. We do plan to see her in North Bend, but another meet in Gold Beach would be fun too.
