First day of travel

First, the requisite picture. I had to relearn the timer on my camera. What you see below is the third try. The first two were set on 2 seconds and I couldn't get there fast enough!
We had a great drive to Las Cruces, not a lot of traffic, perfect weather, and here is '32 hi-boy that came around us so quickly I could hardly get my camera out!






This is the New Mexico welcome center with lots of brochures, free coffee, restrooms and nice little tables under cover for picnics.


After we got to Sunny Acres, our favorite RV park in Las Cruces, we went to a Goodwill store and two quilt stores. And didn't spend a cent. I did see a purse pattern I may have to purchase eventually though!
