Friday the 13th

We found two yard sales before work; only one was ready for us. I came away with two old (1916 and 1926) geography books, one on welding and two old novels. If we had more time and more room, we probably would have brought home more.

It was a very foggy day. It is hard to tell if some of the cloud cover is smoke from the wildfires.

The fires may be responsible for the color of the sun. This was taken at 10:00 a.m.

Some views from the back of the lighthouse before work.

I watched this spider slide down its web to grab some food.

Tours went well. Groups from Virginia, Mesa, all over California, Washington and Oregon. Paulette took Lee to urgent care yesterday; he got a shot and prescription for some meds. Fingers crossed that it all makes a huge difference and he can feel human again.
