Foggy all morning, had to wear our boots to cross over to the ramp leading to the lighthouse. Good tours, only open an hour, and the sun was shining brightly when we left at 1:30.
As we were changing out of our boots back at the parking lot, this young man came up with his catch of the day--a blue green lingcod! I had never heard of that; it looked like something made out of rubber! But his plan was to have fish and chips for supper.
Keeping a Labor Day tradition, Cary grilled bratwurst and chicken for supper.
