Two Days Off

 Sunday was pretty rainy off and on. Cary spent a lot of time watching the programs on the Queen and the preparations for her funeral. And, of course, the Packers football game. I was able to finish sewing the microwave bowls I prepared yesterday.

Today was different. Beautiful blue skies again, some sun and puffy clouds, along with some remnants of the previous day's rain. We went to three different stores for things we needed. I did laundry. Cary grilled salmon for supper.

The movie, The Lightkeepers, was on this afternoon. We had seen it several years ago, left the video with one of the couples we were working with at the time. 

It was filmed at the Race Point Lighthouse in Massachusetts. I was thrilled to see an actual banjo clock!

The highlight of our day was receiving a letter from each of our four great grandchildren!
