Our First Day Off

We started early with a few yard sales (and found some books)
 then drove over to the fair grounds for the Saturday morning farmer's market, a great place to find fresh produce (I got strawberries and lettuce), flowers, bakery items (yes, Cary found some bread and pastry), handmade jewelry and fabric items and lots more.

We passed on sampling the salsas this time--too early in the morning!

It is a popular spot for lots of folks!


 After returning to the campground we drove to Brookings in Oregon to check out some things at an RV supply shop there, discovered another yard sale, ate lunch here at Brookings Harbor and stopped at the quilt store before returning home, tired and happy.
