Fourth of July Festivities

You would never know it by our expressions, but we were really enjoying the pie! This is the lead off to the parade every year. I may delete this picture in the very near future, so look quickly!

This is where the pie sale is held. The cannon is fired off to start the parade. The museum used to be a jail, has lots of great information about the town and surrounding areas.

We always like to people watch too.

After the parade we went down to the park to see what was going on. This was a contest to shoot water at a suspended ball, sort of like a tug of war in the air...

Lots of vendors...one with some yummy cookies calling our names...

Music

Art
And a potluck in the RV park to end the day.
Well, the day is not really over. We are still deciding whether to brave the crowds and the cold wind to go watch the fireworks when it gets dark in a few hours. Stay tuned.
