Short Work Day


Another foggy morning, 52 degrees at 7:20 when I got up to start the coffee.We stopped at Dollar Tree on the way to work so Cary could look for something to use for a pointer. He found some sort of water squirter that actually telescoped, perfect for use in the tower while pointing out various locations around the lighthouse! It almost looks like something out of Star Wars in this photo!

 I like seeing the fog for an hour or so, but am always glad when the blue appears and there are actual shadows--letting me know there is sunshine!
 We had lunch then browsed the gift shop at the little aquarium on the highway. I think we will save our aquarium tour for Newport. Skip and Donna live in Florida, so they have seen lots of aquariums. I always like to look at the antique shop down the road too.
There are lots and lots of gorgeous flowers all over town.
