A leaky faucet Monday

Sunday night Cary detected a leak from the faucet in the bathroom. He caulked the back of it thinking that was the issue. However, when we got up Monday morning, it was obvious that it was something else. We called the mobile RV repair people who had been in the park doing work last week. They could get here Thursday from Brookings. Cary tried several things, including trips to Ace, NAPA and Home Depot to look for a particular washer and finally decided that the washer was not a replaceable item; the whole thing (whatever that is) has to be replaced. For now we canceled the RV repair folks and just turned off the cold water in that area.

I had already decided I was going to cut out the fabric I bought for placemats, and was glad to have a project to keep me occupied while he tried stuff. The backing for the placemats is material I got a yard sale last week.

Today was much cooler (I hate to say cold) than any other day we have been here. I am glad the heat works!
