First stop, the laundry so I could wash the fabric that I bought to make curtains.
Here I am after measuring the one piece so I could cut it in two. My shelf behind the sink serves another purpose when I need an ironing board! (You can also see two potholders in the shape of old trailers, a couple of pillows and a tote bag that I have made over the years.)
Cary really liked the trains on this fabric, and since it had already been a drape, it was just the right weight to use for the curtains he wanted to replace the blinds that came with the trailer. I was so pleased that there was just the right amount for this purpose, and that my measuring actually worked!
Close up of the fabric, and speaking of trains, I found the picture I had taken at the fair last week of the train room:
We also went to Walmart to get a new toilet seat. Cary replaced the older one which was a little wobbly!
Later in the day the sun came out so we read outside and watch more RVers come and go. Always fun to watch them park--and glad it isn't me doing it! Our newest neighbors are two couples from New York.
