Getting Ready

First stop, the museum, to get a paper copy of our schedule, find out a little more about what is going on, and pick up some signs to be laminated--instructing visitors to the lighthouse that masks are required to protect the safety of the workers.

Next, a visit to the library to pick up some videos since we do not have TV. On the way out the door we passed a cart with free books--two jumped into our hands to go home with us.

Because you never know from day to day what will be available in the Grocery Outlet (and we don't have one in Tucson), that was our last stop. I got some lettuce for our salad to go with the enchiladas I brought from home, also some tangerines.

We ordered a portable Dish for the RV--hope we can figure out how to use it. It is set up to pay by the month. Several folks in the park have one.

It is fun talking to people in the park--where they came from, adventures they have had, and advice on all kinds of things.

I hope to add pictures tomorrow.

Several of the ladies do rock painting; a friend left this on our step.

To prevent folks from driving over the sprinkler heads, there are several decorative butterfly mobiles placed along the areas.

One of the ladies used to always put up lights and flamingos every year, but hadn't in the last few years. They are back.
