Good News

 Good news on two fronts: the truck just had its fuel filter replaced, a minor fix, and secondly, we found out we can go to work tomorrow! Our hours will be 10-1:30. We are ready.

This morning was foggy. It never did warm up much, so I got to wear a turtleneck and sweatshirt all day, then added a jacket to take walks.



After lunch we went to a neighbor's pre-yard sale. He had moved out of his trailer and was selling everything in it. Naturally we found some things we had to have.

Later I joined my Zoom book group to discuss The Bad-Ass Librarians of Timbuktu, but with not enough internet oomph, I had to quit. I will try again in September with our next book. Everyone always has so much to offer.

It will be nice to get out again. I am looking forward to some walks on the beach and picnics in the coming weeks.
