Brookings

Brookings was going to be our destination for Friday, decided to go today. We enjoy looking for treasures in thrift stores (Cary didn't pack a shoe horn). He did find a book.

Pancho's is a great Mexican restaurant there. I tried their grilled fish tacos for the first time, made with red snapper and very tasty. Cary got carnitas enchilada and taco. The beans are delicious too.

For supper, instead of my planned leftovers, we went to Safeway for vanilla ice cream to go with the berries Bella gave us yesterday. Yum!
