Day Two, North Bend

This is how the day greeted us this morning. The fog cleared in an hour or so. Susan came by and we found lots of goodies at various yard sales and thrift stores--all good things we needed!
While Susan and I were in one of the thrift stores, Cary took a picture of this beautiful '54 Plymouth,, original, $5000. No, it isn't following us home!

If you look closely and know it is there, there is a glass knob on the shifter, original to this model. Cary is sorry he didn't get a better picture.

Car show at the bowling alley

Here is he checking out a 1929 Essex.
We had to take a break for lunch. Yummy sandwiches.

Another car show, this time at the Chevy dealer in town. All Corvettes.

On the way back to the RV park we had to stop for Cary to look at this and talk to the owner.
Original flathead, '41 Ford, $8000.
We plan to have some more fun tomorrow!
